In vitro fertilisation (IVF) can offer hope to individuals and couples who are struggling to conceive naturally, helping them build the family they’ve always dreamed of. At TFP Fertility, we combine over 35 years of experience in IVF treatment with exceptional care and fully personalised IVF plans, giving you the best possible chance of success throughout your IVF journey.

In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is one of the most widely used and effective forms of fertility treatment. As part of the IVF process, mature eggs are collected from the ovaries and fertilised with sperm in a laboratory setting.
The resulting embryos are cultured for 5–6 days until they reach the blastocyst stage, increasing the chance of successful implantation when transferred to the womb.
Healthy embryos can either be transferred during the same IVF cycle or safely frozen for use in future IVF treatment.
IVF can be carried out using your own eggs and sperm, or with support from our egg donation and sperm donation programmes, depending on your individual circumstances.

A fertility assessment will determine the best treatment option for you. However, IVF may be recommended if:
- You've been trying to conceive for more than a year
- You have a condition affecting your fertility
- Other treatments, such as IUI, have been unsuccessful
- You're a same-sex couple
- You're a single person
We offer IVF treatment at all eight of our clinics across the UK. Our IVF success rates and inspection ratings are independently verified by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), giving you added confidence in the quality of care we provide.
You can view the success rates for each clinic on their individual pages. For more insight into how IVF success rates are calculated by the HFEA, and what factors to consider when selecting a clinic, visit our dedicated success rates page.
Real life stories from patients, both past and present, sharing their own fertility journey with us.

A typical IVF treatment cycle takes around four to six weeks, with about two more for more intensive treatment. However timing varies with your plan and how your body responds.
If you've been trying to conceive for one year or more without success or are a same-sex couple or co-parents, IVF is the most successful option for helping you achieve your dreams of parenthood.
